We have a variety of beginner and dynamic yoga classes available, run daily by international and local teachers. Please read our teacher profiles and class descriptions to help you choose a session. Card facilities available. Visit the studio, we will help you to choose the classes that are the most adapted to your profile. Private yoga sessions for individuals or groups are also available.

No reservation needed; simply arrive 10 minutes before the class starts.

Class Fees

1 Class Drop-in:   120,000 IDR
5 Class Card:   550,000 IDR
10 Class Card:   1,000,000 IDR
Monthly Unlimited Class Pass:   1,800,000 IDR

Discount for Indonesian citizens & Kitas Holder
Advanced Teacher Training classes (Rp 100,000 / class) are not eligible to be used with a class pass. To Join this class please make a reservation via email or at desk.

Yoga Styles

Hatha

Develop balance, strength, flexibility, and breath control while holding postures in this alignment based class.

 

Hatha Flow

Find balance between effort and relaxation in a class that combines the strength of held postures and the serenity of breath-directed movement.

Vinyasa

Let your mind go in this high energy flow class. A challenging, heat-building practice focused on continual, fluid movement in sync with the breath.

Iyengar

Developed by B. K. S. Iyengar, this is a form of Hatha Yoga that has an emphasis on detail, precision and alignment in the performance of posture and breath control.

Yin

Yin is a passive practice where poses are held for 3-5 minutes at a time with the focus on the connective tissues of the body. Most postures are seated, with focus on the whole physical and emotional body.

Restorative

Quiet your mind, relieve aches and soothe your soul in tranquil sessions that leave you refreshed.

Bali Yoga

Unique dynamic practice that will challenge both body and mind.

Power Yoga

Build strength, flexibility, and endurance in this high-energy class. Move through dynamic sequences that connect breath with powerful movements.

Ashtanga Intro

Begin your Ashtanga practice with this introductory class. Learn the essential postures and breathing techniques in a structured, methodical approach to build discipline and focus.

Know Your Body

We believe yoga is about self-responsibility, so please be respectful of your body in order to avoid injuries. If any pain is experienced during your practice, gently ease out of the movement or posture and notify your instructor. Wear comfortable clothing and remember personal hygiene is important as we often share equipment. It may be a good idea to bring a towel. Yoga should be practiced on an empty stomach so please refrain from eating within two hours of your class. Stay well hydrated and get ready for some fun.
